An offline evening of grounding + yoga in Clark Park

Join us for an evening of un-plugged grounding and yoga as the sun sets! We'll begin by feeling our bare feet in the grass and grounding into the Earth. Next, we'll ease into a restful yoga flow led by Joyful Yoga. Finally, we'll end listening to the sounds of nature during a guided nature meditation.Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle &amp; anything else that would make you more comfortable (yoga blanket, cushion, lawn chair for the meditation portion).Sliding scale payment of $10 - $25. We offer a sliding scale because we believe these offerings should be made as accessible as possible.
