<H2><STRONG>Please join us at our quarterly Poverty Summit to participate in roundtable discussion on transportation barriers for those experiencing poverty. </STRONG></H2>

<H5><EM>This is an important opportunity to stay connected and continue our understanding and efforts to alleviate poverty in Barron County.  All keyplayers should make an effort to be there.</EM></H5>

<H2 CLASS="MsoNormal"><STRONG>MUST RSVP.  Participation is free and includes lunch. The Poverty Summit takes place on Wednesday, February 6th from 11a-1pm at Bethany Lutheran Church in Rice Lake.</STRONG></H2>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><STRONG>SERVICE PROJECT:  One of the greatest needs for those in poverty is household supplies, namley toilet paper.  The CCP is asking for community members to bring donations of toilet paper for distribution to all food pantries in the county to help those in need.  Items can be brought to the summit gathering or can be dropped off at collections sites prior to February 6.  Collection sites include:  Barron Library - Barron, ReStore - Rice Lake, Cameron Library - Cameron, Nilssens Grocery - Cumberland, Prairie Farm School - Prairie Farm,  Turtle Lake Library  - Turtle Lake. </STRONG></P>
