<P>Local and national experts will share innovative community and economic development strategies and how theseideas can be adapted to increase prosperity and economic opportunity in Miami-Dade County.</P>

<H3>The keynote speaker is Dr. Darrick Hamilton, Professor of Economics and Urban Policy at The New School and incoming Executive Director, Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity at The Ohio State University. He'll be prsenting new Miami data as part of his national study, the <EM>Color of Wealth</EM>.</H3>
