We’ll explore different filter styles (conical vs. flat-bottom) and immersion approaches, plus the general rules for grind size and grind-burr types (flat burrs vs. conical) and how they interact with dark versus light roasts. We’ll also cover water flow, direction, and gentle agitation to optimize extraction and consistency. Whether you’re new to pour-over or looking to refine your technique, this class will demystify the process and help you brew with confidence.
