Our mission is to help coffee lovers to learn more and develop skills to become better brewers. Every workshop is unique and comes with personalized brewing assistance and Q&A. Nobody should experience the struggle of making a great cup of coffee as you experienced it in a shop.
We will introduce the principles behind coffee brewing: ratios, grind, water, filtration, and pouring. We will first taste 3 different ratios and 2 different grind sizes to illustrate the theory behind them.
After some solid foundations, let's make some coffee. We will learn how to adapt your recipes and pouring patterns based on the coffee you are using and also your preference.
We will be using a cone-shaped followed by a flat bottom dripper.
Be ready to make a lot of coffee!
