Come POUND with us! The class will be held at the Federal Taphouse Harrisburg and then we will head downstairs after the class to brunch!

Federal Taphouse

This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to both men and women of all ages. Open to all fitness levels. Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified POUND Pro and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio East.
*Bring a yoga mat and water
**Parking is free downtown on Sundays
