<p>Join the Wingin' It 4-H Club as they process the broiler chickens they have been raising. You will learn the proper techniques to efficiently process poultry and safely store the meat using the NC Cooperative Extension Mobile Unit's rental equipment. You can be hands-on or just watch. </p>
