<p>Come learn how to process your own back yard poultry. We will be using a mobile processing trailer that you can rent out to do this own your own. This will be a hands on workshop and you will go home with a processed chicken of your own so bring a cooler and ice. Exact location will be announced before the event. It will be in central Halifax County, NC.</p>
