Who can attend this workshop?

Parents or Legal Guardians with children aged 1-3 yrs. old. While the education is great for all parents to learn, this class is catered to parents of toddler aged children.

Can a support person also attend?

We ask that any support be limited to 1 additional person per registered parent. If you need clarification on this, please contact our offices to learn more.

What information do I need to provide to attend this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Name, email, & phone number are required so that we can contact you. Additional info is required to attend workshop. Additional questions must be filled out prior to attending. This will assist in understanding your eligibility & getting you set up in our material assistance program.

What type of materials are available for registered attendees?

We provide 1 free pack of diapers, information packets, & a potty training essential bag. Each workshop has a goodie-bag with essentials from that topic.

What if I am running late?

Admittance to any educational event, social, or workshop closes 15 minutes after scheduled start time. This is to ensure that everyone receives the full education & materials. If you are late or need to reschedule, contact our offices to do so.

How do I get my free materials?

Accepted Answer

We ask that all attendees stay through the entirety of the workshop in order to receive materials. All materials are free to pick up from a Latched Support location & can be scheduled at the end of the workshop.

Do I have to pay for anything/what are the requirements?

Accepted Answer

ALL events, workshops, &socials hosted by Latched Support are always free. There is no income requirement. The only requirement is that you are pregnant or a parent of a child under the age of 36 months & reside in a Texas area code.

Do I need a ticket?

We ask that all attending families have a ticket. Tickets are not confirmed unless you confirm with a Latched staff member. If you have not confirmed your ticket through email, phone, or text, please contact offices at 210-504-8015. If you do not confirm, your ticket may be refunded.

Can I attend a Virtual Workshop from a Different City?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Latched is based in San Antonio, however our education is open to all cities in Texas. Material assistance is only available for pick-up from our Latched Offices, however you are free to enjoy the education provided through our programs.
