Get your hands muddy and learn the basics of throwing on a pottery wheel! In this guided, hands-on class, an expert instructor will walk you through centering, shaping, and forming your own ceramic pieces. Expect a little mess and lots of fun! Perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to refine their skills.

At this workshop, we'll be working with clay for 2 hours and have allotted an additional 30 minutes for cleanup.

What's Included:

• Hands-On Instruction: A relaxed, hands-on pottery workshop guided by an experienced host.
• Pottery 101: Learn essential wheel-throwing techniques and how to center, shape, and form your own ceramic pieces.
• All Supplies Provided: We have the clay, the wheels, and all the supplies you need to create your pottery pieces. We'll have aprons to help protect your clothes. We recommend wearing something you don't mind getting a little muddy.
• Glazing + Kiln Firing: Our team will glaze + kiln-fire one of your pottery pieces in clear so it is glossy, durable, waterproof & food-safe. Pieces will be ready for pickup in 6-8 weeks. Shipping is available for an additional fee here.
• Beginner-Friendly Vibes: Laid-back, no-pressure energy perfect for first-timers, solo guests, and friend groups alike.
• Feel-Good Energy: Enjoy a welcoming, community-centered experience hosted at unique local spots — from breweries to plant shops and cozy cafés — that make the experience feel extra special.
