TRY IT TUESDAYS- "Pottery Wheel 101"
Embark on a creative journey with “Try it Tuesdays” -Each class is a unique, project based, one-off class where you’ll discover the art of hand-building, the wheel, or intuitive, abstract art making, depending upon the project.
In this class you will use the pottery wheel and tools to learn basic throwing techniques such as centering, opening and pulling to make a pot.
Tuesday mornings from 10:00am -12:00pm. $55/class includes all necessary tools and materials: Clay, firings, and glazing. Art projects include canvas, drawing and painting materials and tools.
Only prerequisites: An open mind and willingness to learn!
Ages 16+
Minimum 6 to run the class.
