I want more than one coaster - how do we make a set of 2-4?

Accepted Answer

After selecting your ticket, you can choose the add-on of "Additional Coaster - Same Pet" for $10 per additional coaster, up to 3, for those who would like a pair or set of coasters.

Question 2

I have multiple pets - can I bring them all?

Accepted Answer

Of course, the more the merrier! You can choose an add-on of "Additional Coaster - Different Pet" for $15 per additional pet.

Question 3

Does this process really take 2 hours?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Depending on your bestie, the process could take anywhere from 5-15 minutes start to finish. There's a 2 hour window to drop in to allow for flexibility due to schedule, traffic, or extra-long sniffing walks!

Question 4

I'm not sure if both of my pets will cooperate with the process... how should I proceed?

We've been doing keepsake projects like this for years & will make your bestie as comfortable as possible with the art-making process. If they are shy or picky about their paws, we can take as much time as they need. We can also accommodate drop-ins and add-ons day of (as supplies last).

Question 5

Is this just for dogs? Or could I bring my cat, too?

Accepted Answer

We're game if they are! Any animal is welcome to this event as long as it is safe and comfortable for them to be in the outdoor taproom environment. We highly recommend a leash or harness with a handle so that no one makes a dash for it.

Question 6

My dog is reactive, is there any way we could participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are familiar with reactivity in dogs and are willing to do whatever we can to make this a fun and happy memory for you both. If you can, give us a heads up via email so that we can have a game plan in place - your bestie's comfort and safety are priority!

Question 7

Are you using paints? Is this safe?

Accepted Answer

We will be using non-toxic underglaze (liquid ceramic pigment) to paint with on the coaster blanks, which will highlight precious pawprint details in a color of your choice against the white clay background. Options for clean-up immediately after will be available to protect both your bestie & car!
