Pottery Class: Make Your Own Plant Pot or Vase — 5/14 (Boston MA)

Grab a friend, or come alone and make some new friends during at this pottery class at Dorchester Brewing. It's your chance to finally learn pottery, and to sculpt some handmade gifts or handmade home décor.

Our expert teacher will cover all the basics, and with step-by-step instructions, you'll learn to handbuild a pinch pot and how to transform it into a variety of functional pottery pieces like a vase, hanging planter, smiley planter pal, and more.

Tuesday 5/14 from 6-7:30PM at Dorchester Brewing (1250 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA 02125)

What You'll Get

• 1.5 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create pinch pots, and how to transform them into a variety of unique home décor and functional pottery taught as well as how to add surface decoration to your pottery
• You'll make and take home up to 2 pieces of pottery
• Our signature 'Beginner Pottery Kit' which includes everything you need to make your pottery during class (and yours to take home to create more after class!!)
• Note: You can let your piece of pottery air dry then paint it with the included paint. Or, to make your pottery waterproof + foodsafe, upgrade to ceramic pieces, which includes glazing and firing of your creations.
