I love babies, but we are asking that babies stay with another caregiver during the meeting time. This is to give mothers a quiet environment to connect without distractions.

What will we talk about?

Each week there will be a topic, and there will be time for open discussion and personal sharing.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! If the group time does not work for you, we can schedule individual therapy.

Mental health support from a licensed counselor

Each week there will be a discussion topic, group sharing and exercises

A small, confidential group of other moms (limit is 8 participants per 8 week session)

A place to be vulnerable about the difficulties of parenting

Internal and external Resources for navigating motherhood
