Can I bring my child?

Yes! Children are welcomed, and we encourage you to bring along engaging toys or activities that will make them comfortable and allow you to participate fully :)

Do I need to have given birth to join?

No, we welcome those that are expecting as well!

How long will these bi-weekly session run?

This initial group will run for 6 meetings until July 16th.

What if I feel nervous about attending?

You will be met with warmth and understanding.. with zero pressure to share until you are ready.
