Ladies, are you leaking urine, having pelvic heaviness or pressure, or experiencing pain in your back, hips, knee or ankle while you run??

HOLD FAST Performance & Wellness

Courtney from Hold Fast Performance and Tiffany from GOAL Physical Therapy are teaming up to host a Running Screen for women who are postpartum and looking for guidance on their symptoms they experience with running. This screen is for you if you are:*Postpartum (postpartum is forever, so it’s never too late!)*Leaking urine when running*Having pelvic pain, pressure, heaviness during or after run*Experience low back, hip, tailbone, knee, or foot pain during or after run*Just had a baby and looking to get back into running *Or just curious if your body is functioning as optimally as it should! **First station: Tiffany will conduct a dynamic load and strength screen lasting 15 minutes Second Station: Courtney will conduct a treadmill running analysis lasting 15 minsTotal time 30-40 mins.
