<p>Are you pregnant and preparing for birth? Great! But while everyone focuses on birth preparation, we often miss the opportunity to prepare for the 4th trimester. Join us as we take a deep dive into the postpartum period, where we will discuss physical and mental recovery, postpartum warning signs, belly wrapping postpartum comfort, nutrition and more!Our class will be led by none other than our local midwife legend, Penelope "Penny" Bowman, who has decades of knowledge regarding maternal and infant well-being. Space is limited so register now to learn everything needed to prepare for your postpartum health.</p>
