As we gear up for the <a href="https://www.pgevents.ca/events/pgconfdev2024/schedule/session/191-extension-ecosystem-summit/" title="https://www.pgevents.ca/events/pgconfdev2024/schedule/session/191-extension-ecosystem-summit/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Extension Ecosystem Summit</a> on at PGConf on May 28, we wanted to set the foundation for discussion by reviewing the current extension distribution and packaging landscape.
