The Post It Party is a hands-on content creation event for real estate agents hosted inside a Perry Homes model in Tomball. Agents will learn how to create short-form video content quickly and confidently — then record it on-site with guided support.

The event begins with a 20-minute mini training covering hooks, scripts, recording setups, and batching strategies. After training, agents will rotate through multiple filming spots staged throughout the model to record content for social media.

Suggested scripts, on-camera prompts, and recording assistance will be provided. Light editing support will be available so attendees can walk away with content ready to post immediately.
