Or perhaps you've been practicing for years and would like to fine tune your awareness of the beloved yoga postures we repeatedly practice. In this informative workshop we will visit, breakdown step by step, and dive into the many options that are available to us in many of yoga's core poses. Learning proper technique/alignment and safety principles, will help anyone new or seasoned, to feel better prepared to step onto their mat with confidence and greater mind body awareness.
