GENERAL INFO:

1. Ticket purchase = automatic agreement of (refund & cancelation & ALL) policies & info as listed.

2. Includes 5 ft wood boards, use of 100's of stencils, instruction, and ALL supplies needed (use of easel, brushes, paints, aprons, etc.) Does NOT include wine. Please support Medina River Winery by purchasing their fabulous local wines during the event.

3. No skills necessary. Step-by-step instructions provided.

4. Please arrive early, especially groups. Seating is first-come, first-served.

POLICY RE: REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, ETC:

1. Refund requests MUST be submitted in writing via email with 5+ days notice.

2. Request to CHANGE EVENTS must be submitted in writing via email with 2+ days notice.

3. NO REFUNDS with less than 5 days notice. NO EVENT CHANGES with less than 2 days notice (please send someone in your place & give them your ticket info.)

4. NO REFUNDS OR EVENT CHANGES for sold out events (please send someone in your place & give them your ticket info.)

5. "No-Shows" = 100% FORFEIT as we’ve already set up your supplies and poured paints, etc. (Please send someone in your place & give them your ticket info.)

6. Late Arrivals acknowledge that they will miss some of the instruction and may not be able to catch up.

7. If event is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, you will automatically be refunded, including all fees.

8. All other refunds: Only the price of the ticket itself can be refunded. Processing fees as imposed by Eventbrite, or payment processing institutions are NOT refundable.

9. Duplicate payments: Subject to processing fees (if LPY is charged.)
