Poolside Yoga

Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, YACEP teaches traditional styles of yoga and mindfulness in nontraditional spaces to make the practice accessible and fun. EVERYbody is welcome! Erin offers modifications and amplifications to suit every level of yogi, from beginner to advanced. Namaste & Cheers!

We had so much fun the first time, we're dipping our toes in the pool again! Roll out your mat at the Fairlington Meadows pool for a refreshing, hourlong, all-levels yoga class under the setting sun. Enjoy a mindful movement practice, then stay for fellowship, food, and drink with other pool members. Tickets are $10 each. BYO mat. Attendees are encouraged to bring a snack or drink to share, but it is not required.
