Safe Summer 2024

Basic pool safety and hands-only CPR training.

Class covers adult, child, & infant CPR as well as adult & child choking and AED use.

Water watcher lanyards will be provided to all participants for free.

Learn how to keep a cardiac arrest victim alive until paramedics arrive. Hands-Only CPR focuses on the first few minutes following a cardiac arrest since the lungs and blood contain only enough oxygen to keep vital organs healthy for that amount of time.

Additional CPR training dates can be found on our website fallbrookhealth.org
