Join us in the Pool for Self-Care Saturday for a Sound Bath and Healing Reiki Energy for physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Water is a powerful element that helps us process and release emotions and unblock energy.
Although this is a group event, we individualize the Healing. The Crystal Reiki Healing and Crystal Sound Bowls will be coordinated based on your specific needs. If this will be your first time attending, please arrive about 10 minutes early so that we can explain the process and get you set up.
This event will take place in the pool so wear a bathing suit or clothes that can get wet. Bring your own float if you have one. We also have a few floats that will be given out on a first come first serve basis. Bring sunscreen, towel and a hat if you'd like, as we will be in the direct sunlight for the duration of the event.

Our homemade Cleansing Spray will be available for purchase for $20. This spray can be used daily to cleanse away any negative energy you may have around you. This spray is made with care by Dr Traci and set with the intentions of love, happiness, abundance and protection. It's infused with Rose Quartz and made with 100% organic and cruelty-free essential oils.
