ALL CAMPERS MUST

complete & turn in Health History & Medical Treatment Permission form and the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement prior to the start if camp. Forms will be send with informational packets 3 weeks prior to start date.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING

-Spikes -Dress in accordance to weather -Change of clothes -Your own lunch -Sunscreen & snacks are a good idea

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CAMP INFORMATION PACKET

3 weeks prior to camp start date. Packet will include, liability/medical forms required to complete registration, location of camp, camp details, directions, when to arrive, what to pack/bring, and camp contact numbers.

IS THERE MEDICAL STAFF?

Yes, there will be a certified Physcisan Associate on staff in the event of injury and or emergencies.

ARE CAMPERS SUPERVISED?

Campers are supervised at all times by coaches and staff. All coaches and staffing complete criminal and sex offender background checks prior to working camp
