What to Expect

Get ready for a fun, energizing, and feel‑good experience featuring:

✨ Pilates Session – Wake up your body, strengthen your core, and get aligned.
✨ Pole Mini‑Class – Try beginner-friendly pole movement and flow in a supportive, uplifting environment.
✨ Massage & Relaxation – Wind down with a relaxing massage to ease tension.

Note: Massages may include a small fee or tipping requirement, depending on the massage therapist.

✨ Light Refreshments – Sip, snack, and socialize.
✨ Community Connection – Meet new faces, reunite with familiar ones, and get updates on what’s new at DancePhreakz.

As a condition of your attendance/performance at our event you hereby grant DancePhreakz, LLC, its licensees, successors, and assigns the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and film you and use your likeness, voice and other sound effects in the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, publicity and advertising of this event in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity. With ticket purchase you agree to receive communications from DancePhreakz, LLC. All sales are final.

COVID 19:

It is our goal to provide a safe environment for all patrons who come to our studio. In order to do that, DancePhreakz is following the safety guidelines issued by LA City and will follow and implement the policies/procedures in place at the time of the show.
