Level 3 pole classes are for those who are confident with their inversions, high climbs, common tricks on the pole from a climb instead of the floor, and simple transitions to easily move from one trick to another without the need of going back to the floor.

BRING: your mat, and a little towel or cloth.

CLOTHES: you need shorts! Leggings don't work. Sports bra or top.
