<p>Whether you are seasoned pro or new to pole fitness, this class is for you! We start class with a warm-up and some conditioning based on your own level.  We work on small, choreographed combinations as well and perfecting tricks and spins.  </p><p>We are each beautiful, inside and out, even though we don&#x27;t always feel like we are. This is a safe place to reconnect, mind, body and spirit through music and movement.  When we reconnect to ourselves, we tap into our divine power and energy!! </p>
