Celebrate the summer season and the light and warmth that comes with longer days. Join the Point Arena Forest Guides for an afternoon in the forest.

We hope to see you, your families, friends, neighbors, and pets!

Registration is free. Parking is limited.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my friend/family/neighbor?

Yes of course! All are welcome to come celebrate the forest opening. We ask that you list the size of your party when you get your ticket so we can be prepared to welcome everyone. All furry friends should come on a leash.

What’s the parking situation?

We have space in our parking area for 10 cars at a time. Our team will be on-site to help people navigate parking and utilize overflow parking if necessary.

I/members of my party need help getting to my tree.

We’re here to help. Our utility vehicle can help you get to and from your tree. It seats up to 3 at a time but we can do multiple laps if your party is larger. Please make sure to let us know when RSVP-ing.

Do I need to bring anything else?

We'll have our typical benches throughout the forest, but if you would like to sit and spend quality time with your tree, we suggest bringing a camping chair. You don't need to bring a hard copy of your ticket.
