About this event

  • 1 hour

Add greater creativity and connection to your day. This supportive group is for writers at every level.

I so appreciate your inspiration to begin writing poetry and all of the insight you have provided. -Pamela C

The workshop consists of three poem prompts for generative writing. I'll share these poems:

Winter Sun, Molly Fisk

Edward Hopper Study: Hotel Room, Victoria Chang

I’m Going Back to Minnesota Where Sadness Makes Sense, Danez Smith

I intentionally keep workshops small so everyone can participate in discussion. Sharing your work is optional.

Your seminars are in my list of "best of Eventbrite" and I'm sure if other people knew about you, they would agree. -Connie Taylor

I've included a video so you can get a feel for the class.

**Zoom link is emailed to participants by me before we meet.

I look forward to meeting you!

My workshops inspire writers and enlighten readers in the art of fiction and poetry. Whether you're an emerging writer, an enthusiastic creative, or a book lover, these workshops foster authentic self-expression and greater knowledge about literature & the creative process. Enthusiasm is the only prerequisite.
