The Friends of the Canton Library is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the restoration, preservation, and use of the historic Canton Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, one of Maryland's first branch libraries. We do this through programing, fundraising, volunteering, and raising community awareness.

Friends of the Canton Library present Greg Oliver Bodine in Poe, Times Two -- a double bill of one-man, stage adaptations of The Cask of Amontillado and The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe.  These two plays are staged back-to-back with minimal set and lighting effects, and are performed without an intermission in under an hour.  One actor. Two classic horror stories!  Suitable for adults and for children (ages 12 and over).  A must-see for Poe enthusiasts and fans of mystery and horror!  Perfect for the Halloween season!
Doors open at 6:30pm.  Refreshments available for purchase and to support the <A HREF="https://www.friendsofcantonlibrary.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Friends of the Canton Library</A>.
