Join Bruce Wawrzyniak of the Florida Podcasters Associations as he breaks down the "how to's" of a Podcast.

A series of 3 workshops detailing the "How To's" of Podcast making.

Part One: Planning Monday 9/29/2025 @6PM

Part Two: Recording, Editing, Launching & Promoting Monday 10/6/2025 @6PM

Part Three: YouTube Monday 10/13/2025 @6PM

Please note, attendees must register for each workshop separately.

Powered by the Florida Podcaster’s Association in collaboration with OE.

Part One: Planning – This session will cover everything that goes into starting a podcast before you ever get to the microphone for your first episode. Attendees will learn why they should consider starting a podcast (including, but not limited to, how it will benefit them), the mental aspect required to pursue podcasting, a checklist of considerations that will need to be resolved in the planning process, and what goes into content creation.

Part Two: Recording, Editing, Launching, & Promoting – The second session in this three-part series is where we roll up our sleeves on making your podcast a reality. Attendees will learn about physical recording options, equipment considerations, editing on your own versus contracting it out, additional hardware and software “need to know” insights, what is involved in launching a podcast to the countless platforms that exist, and the all-important steps to promote your podcast – episode after episode.

Part Three: YouTube – This third and final session will be entirely devoted to video podcasts. Specifically, YouTube has fast risen up the ranks of platforms that audiences are consuming podcasts through. However, what can you do to get your channel (your podcast episodes) to stand out? What extra steps are involved in getting a video podcast produced and onto YouTube versus audio-only shows? This session will also teach about Playlists, Shorts, and other features that are exclusive to YouTube.
