Ilaria Cavagna is a leading Pilates educator, ELDOA instructor, and movement specialist known for bridging the gap between classical Pilates and cutting-edge fascia-focused techniques. As the founder of FEET-NESS®, Ilaria has created a method and platform that connects foot health to full-body posture and performance, empowering instructors and clients alike. She's also the creator of the Rescue LOOP®, a one-of-a-kind tool designed to activate, strengthen, and realign the feet and lower body.
Ilaria first came across ELDOA in 2008 while recovering from a personal injury—an experience that sparked a deep passion for the method and set her on a path of advanced study. Today, she is a Master ELDOA Instructor who has taught certifications across the U.S. and Italy since 2017, drawing from years of direct mentorship with the method’s creator, the late Guy VOYER, DO. Her expertise spans several SOMA techniques, including Myofascial Stretching and Osteo-Articular Pumping, making her a trusted resource for Pilates instructors seeking to integrate ELDOA into both private and group settings.
With a unique ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them through movement, Ilaria has become the go-to ELDOA educator for the Pilates community. When she’s not teaching, filming, or hosting workshops, she enjoys helping people move better—starting from the ground up.
