What are the differences between electric and acoustic instruments? What happens when you mix together a quartet of instruments, both plugged and unplugged? Come find out and listen to these cool combinations of sound!

This concert is part of our series Community Concerts for Kids which is a concert series created with our youngest audience members in mind. All concerts are interactive, 60 minutes in length, and are FREE to all who attend. All ages are welcome!

At the concert you will meet -

Teaching Artist Hosts: Barbara Podgurski and Beata Moon

Guest Artists: Erin Rogers (saxophones), Jay Sorce (electric guitar), Chris Graham (percussion), Andrea Lodge (piano and accordion)

At 7pm there will be a full length concert with paid admission. Anyone who attends the kiddie show and brings proof of attendance from the Community Concert for Kids will receive $10 off the concert ticket price for the evening show (2 tickets per person will be honored at this discount).

We request that you reserve your spots through eventbrite to hold your place. Please consider making a donation at checkout on Eventbrite or at the door when attending the concert. Your donations help keep these concerts free for the community. If you decide you cannot attend kindly cancel your reservation so the event does not sell out.
