Join us for the HCC Wellness Center Relaunch, and explore a community hub dedicated to wellness, education, employment, and community development.

At HCC, we offer:

• Health and wellness education and workshops
• HIV and Hep C testing, STI referrals
• Be Well Community ~ through our Mental Health Clinic
• Clothing and food pantry
• ESL classes, legal support, and immigration services
• Health navigation services and case management
• Programs supporting education, employment, and overall well-being

We partner with (we will fill in this blank to include ppl who will work with us directly) -Unlocal, CAMBA, City Tech College, local Shelters, and other local CBOs to promote community wellness and development.
