Join us in San Francisco to meet like-minded folks, learn about plotter art, and see what people are working on!
This is the inaugural Plotter People and we couldn't be more excited to be presenting two incredible speakers to you:
Sher Minn, aka <A HREF="https://twitter.com/piratefsh" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@piratefsh</A>, will be speaking about the history of making art with robots, the techniques that people have used in algorithmic art over the years, and how to recreate them. Sher Minn is an artist, programmer and Recurse Center alum living in New York.
Lenore Edman, aka <A HREF="https://twitter.com/1lenore" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@1lenore</A>, of Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories, will be presenting a history of plotter robots that EMSL has worked on, from the first e-paper plotter they made in 2007 to the wildly popular AxiDraw. Lenore is a maker of exceptional writing and drawing machines at Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories in Sunnyvale, California.
