Ziksana Consulting is a Leadership Development firm on a mission to activate the world of work through play! Since 2009, we have been providing experiential, play-based learning programs for leaders across the country and world. We've teamed up with Horse of the Sun Ranch to design an equine-assisted leadership development program: HorsePlay!

In this 3-hour experience, participants will interact with horses in ground activities designed to increase their self-awareness of their leadership style and approach. Through facilitated discussions, leaders will develop insights into how they can apply what they're learning to their work. The experience is FREE and requires a $100, refundable deposit which will be returned upon your attendance.

We will cap this event at 12 participants, so grab your ticket ASAP!

Objectives:

• Gain deeper insights into your leadership style through experiential exercises with horses.
• Develop meaningful connections with other professionals through a fun and unique experience.
• Explore topics, including trust and psychological safety, that are relevant to leadership with both horses and people.

Logistics:

• This is a FREE event! A $100 deposit is required to register for this event. This deposit (+ the $8.55 eventbrite fee) will be fully refunded upon your attendance. If you fail to show up for the event without cancelling 3 days / 72 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund.

• Transportation will be provided from Mission Valley to the Ranch FREE OF CHARGE! Ziksana Consulting is providing transportation via a luxury bus that will leave Mission Valley at 8AM and arrive back around 1:30PM. Exact location TBD.

• FREE Food Included! Coffee & Donuts will be provided at the Ranch, and Pizza will be provided for lunch. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions ASAP so we can accomodate your needs.

FAQ’s

1) What time does the event start?

The event begins at 8AM with transportation leaving from Mission Valley. The program begins at the ranch at 9AM, and ends at 12:30PM. The bus will arrive back in Mission Valley around 1:30PM.

2) Who is this event for?

PlayTank™ is for Managers, Leaders, HR Directors, and Learning & Development Professionals from all industries.

3) I have no experience with horses, can I still take part?

Absolutely! HorsePlay focuses on building foundational skills in horsemanship, and we start with the basics.

4) Will we be riding the horses?

No, HorsePlay focuses exclusively on ground work. This is the most effective and safe way fo people to learn about leadership through equine-assisted activities.

5) What should I wear?

Closed-toed shoes are required to participate in this program (sneakers are ok!) We recommend casual clothes (jeans, t-shirt) that you don't mind getting dirty.
