Get ready to flow and have fun in our Playful Flow Yoga class, held every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the energetic Rachel Lipton (teacher subject to change based on availability), this class incorporates a playful approach to yoga, focusing on a peak pose each week while keeping you moving and engaged.
With the help of props, the wall, and hands-on assists, you'll be encouraged to explore your practice in a fun and supportive environment. Modifications will be provided for all poses, making this class accessible to all levels.
Each class will conclude with refreshing poses to revitalize your body, followed by a restful savasana to seal in the benefits of your practice.
