The Collaborative's mission is to ensure that high-quality design is accessible to everyone. To do that, we provide pro bono preliminary design services to organizations and communities through a community-engaged design process. We provide these services by matching organizations with volunteer design professionals.Pro bono preliminary design services are critical. They enable organizations and communities to drive the improvements their neighborhoods need most, raise and leverage funding, and take projects through implementation. Pro bono preliminary design services also lay the groundwork for more equitable development.The Collaborative delivers preliminary design services in three ways –core grants,initiatives, andtechnical assistance. The first step is to apply for services. We will then work with you to determine which set of services will be the most effective for achieving your goals.www.cdesignc.org

It’s a wrap for Play Space!
This remarkable partnership between the <A HREF="http://cdesignc.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Community Design Collaborative</A> and the <A HREF="http://www.dvaeyc.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children</A> engaged thousands of Philadelphians and people from around the world to explore the design of innovative play spaces for Philadelphia.
Come celebrate the many contributions to Play Space with us and catch our Play Space Exhibition on its final night at City Hall. 
The Exhibition is on the 2nd and 4th floor, open for viewing now through December 2.

Join us during Happy Hour as we toast to 25 years of the Community Design Collaborative.
This is a time for partners, members, volunteers, competition participants, jurors, charette participants, firms, and supporters to mix and mingle. 
12th Street Catering will be serving savory and sweet snacks. 
We will be pouring Philly Brewed beer and warming winter wines.
