Frequently asked questions

What if it's smokey

We assess the weather each week, and if it is too smokey or above a certain temperature we will cancel the day. We always try to make this decision before the morning so parents can make alternative plans for their children.

What if I am late to pick up my child

We will charge a late fee after 10 minutes.

How do I know if I am registered?

Once you sign up on Eventbrite you will be contacted by our education coordinator for more information about your child.

What if we are traveling during summer when the camp is happening?

We ask that campers miss no more than two camp days. This is a free camp, and we have a long waiting list. If your child does miss more than two days, we will open their space up to someone on the waiting list.
