About this event

Come learn the secrets of growing garlic successfully in your garden! Learn about variety selection, planting, fertilizing, harvesting, and storage to take the guesswork out of this simple crop. In addition, you will be introduced to a variety of ways to use garlic in cooking. Although this is not a cooking class, various methods will be demonstrated and finished foods will be available for taste testing. Recipes will be provided!
