Join us for an interactive session where guests will participate in a yoga class led by local instructor Emily Fleming. The hour long class is beginner friendly and will be followed by an opportunity to swap plants and cuttings! Start your day with movement, and leave with the knowledge to care for your new plant.
If you are not interested in attending the yoga class, feel free to stop by for the plant swap! RSVPs are appreciated but not required!
Grab a drink to bring to the workshop! good neighbor shop (at the bottom of the hill) serves coffee, tea, beer and wine. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to grab something to bring with you to the workshop!
Please Note: green neighbor is located at the top of the hill on good neighbor's property. If you need help finding us, the staff inside good neighbor coffee shop can help direct you.
