About this event

  • 2 hours

Spend an afternoon on The Cardiff Tiny Farm with Shannon and Ashley learning about the land, connecting to the elements of the earth, replenishing your energy, and (literally) planting seeds of change.

In this special ceremony, we will:

  • Tour The Cardiff Tiny Farm.
  • Harvest and make tea with homegrown herbs.
  • Set new intentions.
  • Connect to the breath.
  • Ground, flow, and restore with yoga.
  • Receive nourishing sound healing.
  • Plant a seed to carry this energy forward.

After the event, you will also have an opportunity to shop for freshly harvested produce at a mini farm stand created just for attendees of the event.

Street parking can be limited near the farm, so please leave enough time to find parking and possibly walk a little. There is usually parking on San Elijo Ave (see map below).

Price: $50 via Venmo. Send a Venmo to @Shannon-Yeager-5151 to reserve your spot and learn about the interconnectedness of food, sustainable farming, and community.

What to bring:

  • Outdoor yoga mat and towel.
  • Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses.
  • Thermos and/or water bottle.
