Are you looking to expand your plant based nutrition knowledge? New to veganism? Just want to be a healthier person? This is for you then!

Howdy! I am an avid plant based nutrition and recipe fanatic! I've been vegan for over 6 years now and am a graduate of Dr. Colin T Campbell's Plant Based Nutrition Certificate through eCornell.

I'd love to bring the knowledge I've learned to other aspiring vegans, home chefs, and those who just want to better grasp nutrition basics to lead a healthier life. I will be taking what I've learned and delivering the information in a digestible way! Think of this as your crash course!

I'll be covering:

  • Diseases (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc) and how plant based diets have had preventative or reversal properties
  • Plant based PROTEIN & the protein myth
  • Specifics on macronutrients
  • How to make better food choices at home and outside
  • Plant based in practice- how you can integrate what you're learning about nutrition into your home and lifestyle!

I'd love for this to be a community in which we can support one another and have discussions about our nutrition journeys! I'd love to do weekly modules as well with more specifics if anyone is curious about any one of the topics. I can also do interactive recipe modules if there is an interest there.
