Plan-it-X Fest 2016 is happening.

3 days of music, camping, film screenings, readings, dancing, karaoke and just generally having the time of your life with awesome people.

Tickets are $50 (non refundable), this includes your camping for the weekend. Parking will be an additional cash charge on arrival of $5 a vechile (please car pool, it's nicer for us and the planet plus there's not much room for parking).

The money from your ticket will go to cover the costs of the event, including paying all the bands traveling from out of town (all bands paid equally). After that, all profits made will go to Midwest Pages To Prisoners and The Void (a not for profit, volunteer run, all ages, collective space in Bloomington) and ALL OPTIONS (a local groups that provides health assistance and abortion funding and way more cool stuff). There have been a total of six PIX FESTIVALS over the years since 2004 and we have raised $84,000 for charity.

Friday - Registration begins at Stable Studios at 1pm!

PLEASE do not arrive earlier, you won't be able to get in and there's nowhere to park outside of the venue. Bands will not start until 4pm on Friday, so you will have time to give us your tickets, get your wrist bands and set up your tent!

Saturday and Sunday - The fest happens all day 12:00 noon until 1:00am with a 1.5 hour break in the middle.

Monday - Everyone needs to be fully packed and off of the property by noon. It would be awesome if you hung out in the morning and helped us clean up if you can!

There will be a post fest show/hang out at The Void in Bloomington, IN on the Monday evening if you would like to join us.

Why this fest is different than other festivals?

1. It is a 100% benefit after the costs are met. None of the staff take any payment, other than some snacks and a free yellow T-shirt.

2. There are no "headliners", we don't pay "big" bands more than the other bands.

3. There are not multiple/competing stages happening at once. At PIX FEST you can see every band on the list if you want to.

4. We are non bands and fans, we are all just weirdo friends that want to hang out and have fun.

When you register and purchase your tickets you will receive an email confirmation, this email will include your printable ticket plus more details and instructions for the weekend.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

PIX Fest is all ages. If you are over 21 and plan to drink you will be require to show a valid picture I.D.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is a bus service from Bloomignton to Spencer- Rural Transit they run 4 times a day, click the link to find the schedule. The Bus will drop passangers off at requested stops, so ask the driver to take you to 2043 DuBois Road in Spencer. If you are driving there will be parking at the venue but it is limited and there will a charge of $5, please bring cash for this.

How accesible is the event?

Plan-it x fest and all the volunteers aim to make this festival as accesible as possible to all, please feel free to ask us questions about any needs you might have. Here is a an outline of the venue and set up - The venue is on flat unpaved ground, there are also areas of grass or packed earth, and there are no steps into the music area. There will be 1-2 ramped, large porta-toilets. The sober/quiet campground is directly adjacent to the venue. We will have an area close to or on the stage with some chairs/seating available, plus room for wheelchairs.
