Alexandra’s much-anticipated cookbook is hot off the press, almost as hot as your homemade pizza will be after this hands-on workshop. And yes, a signed copy of “Pizza Night” comes with your class ticket.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to make Neapolitan-style pizza starting with how to prepare Neapolitan-style dough from scratch, how to stretch it to create its characteristic ballooned cornicione, how to top it, and finally how to launch it into your home oven and bake it to blistering and bubbly perfection. We'll make three different pizzas during class plus a classic Caesar salad to enjoy alongside. And yes, besides the cookbook ths class includes lunch.

Menu to Include:

  • Neapolitan-style pizza dough
  • No-Cook Tomato Sauce
  • Margherita Pizza
  • Asparagus Pizza with Crème Fraiche and Whipped Ricotta
  • White Pizza with Arugula, Pistachios and Honey
  • Classic Caesar Salad

This hands-on workshop (plus lunch!) is limited to ten people. All attendees will receive a signed copy of Ali’s new cookbook, "Pizza Night."
