16:00 - 16:15 Opening speech and introductions

16:15 - 17:15 Pitch your idea!
Each group presents their idea (4 minutes per each) and receives questions from the jury and the public.
Simultaneously jury scores the ideas and selects the winners.
17:15-17:30 Awarding ceremony & closing
Erol Özgüner - Head of Information Technologies Department, CIO, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Istanbul in partnership with WRI Turkey organize a 2-day Online Hackathon to co-create technology-oriented solutions for the urban mobility challenges of Istanbul. The first three teams will receive a special prize after the demonstration pitching event to the jury which will be open to the public.
Out of many great applications, the organization chose the best teams to compete in the hackathon to develop solutions to mobility problems in the Kadıköy district of İstanbul. The teams will be using real data provided by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. After a series of training, mentoring session, and team work in 1.5 days, the teams will be pitching their ideas to the jury.
Out of 6, the jury will be selecting the best 3 solutions! The pitching will be followed by an award ceremony.
