The above picture from one of our monthly UC Berkeley Extension co-hosted event now in its 4th year should give you an idea of the kind of investors you can meet at a Pitch Global virtual investor event every month. We usually have one keynote (for example the legendary VC Ben Narasin former NEA Partner and Founder of Tenacity Ventures) and up to 10 featured investors (above picture has senior investors from TDK Ventures, Stanford Angels, Harvard Angels, Keiretsu Forum, Caltech Angels, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Hypertherm Ventures, US angels, IPO Group) and another 15-20 unfeatured ones from thousands of investors in our network.

9:00 AM to 9:05 AM: Opening remarks from UC Berkeley Global and Pitch Global.

9.05 AM to 9:20 AM: Q&A style keynote with Sebastian S. Venture specialist--Schaeffler & Kevin Chen, MD of Lam Research Cap..

9.20 AM - 9.35 AM: Q&A style keynote with Jon Chu Deep Tech Partner at Khosla Ventures

9.35 AM - 9.45 AM: Introduction of Investors

9.45 AM - 11.30 AM: Global Startups Pitch to 20+ featured judges and investors.

11.45 AM - 12:00 PM: Private Meetings


Instructions:

1) Startups will be connected to the UC Berkeley Extension team at the beginning of the week of the event. The Extension team will provide logistical details and the event link.

2) During the event, startups will have a total of 8 minutes - 6 minutes to pitch, and 2 mins for questions from featured judges and attendees (which would also include investors).

3) A private meeting with a featured judge (assigned based on fit) will be facilitated after the main event. The judge and startup presenter will also be connected by email the day before the event.

4) The registered startup company’s name and information will be sent out to our network of investors via our newsletter for increased visibility for the startup with a broader number of investors.
