Content of this workshop will help you develop your pitch to include the following topics which address the judge’s rubric:□ Solid business idea□ Creative solution to the problem/ opportunity□ Strong value proposition for the customer□ Knowledgeable about the problem/ opportunity□ Was knowledgeable about his/her/their business idea□ Understood the market□ Understood the competition□ Understood his/her/their competitive advantage□ Solid team to take advantage of the business idea□ Talked very clearly about the business idea□ Explained how the idea can make money□ Told a good story□ Used examples□ Talked in language that anyone could understand□ Showed a lot of excitement and passion for his/her/their business idea□ Had a killer closing that could easily be remembered
