EILON KEDEM returns to CLAY for a special PITBOX class.
Studio B (75 min)
Pitbox (45min) + mitt work (15 min) + abs & stretching (15 min) 
PITBOX is an intense non-contact cardiovascular workout derived from fundamental training aspects of a boxer and classic boxing training methods. The class integrates punches and blocks into high energy, athletic combinations and will include skipping, bag-work, groundwork, shadow boxing and conditioning drills.
